At Arizona Fine Time, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team via phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item back.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original brand packaging, including all manuals, warranty cards, and tags, and pack it inside a sturdy shipping box with protective cushioning.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the shipping label and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box, then drop it off at your preferred insured carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our experts will inspect the item's condition and process your refund or exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
